We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Director based in Korea, to be part of Criteo’s APAC Retail Media business team.nbsp; The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of both advertising technology and the retail landscape in Korea.nbsp;Retailers are at the core of our business and it is up to the New Business Director to bring these Korean based Retailers onboard with Retail Media at Criteo. Make the complex seem simple. Retail Media is as much about selling a strategy as it is about software. You will be talking to platforms about the most profitable strategy in eCommerce, giving them new ideas and getting them excited about Retail Media. You are the gatekeeper and driver of growth for Retail Media.
What will you be doing?
·New Business focus hunting, winning business and growing relationships with new Retailers in Korea·Develop and maintain a solid and accurate client pipeline·Understand client’s market(s), products/brands, customers, competitor·Build strategic overview of client goals, strategy and channels·Map client organizations, define key stakeholders and develop outreach plans·Earn trust and work as partner driving growth for your clients·Work cross functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to drive value·Build strong collaborative relationships with existing Criteo Korea Sales team, crossing-over on business where needed·Achieve revenue targets
What we're looking for?
·5+ years digital media experience or ecommerce Sales experience·Passionate about technology and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the ecommerce industry·Ideally someone who has a strong network in relevant industries in Korea·Fluent Korean and high-level English language skills ·Flexibility to think on your feet and experience developing creative customer solutions·Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask·Proven track record in client management·Ability to forecast revenue opportunities·Demonstrable knowledge of the Criteo Ad Stack, online advertising industry, and retail ecosystem·Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving, startup environment nbsp;·A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed·Have a can-do positive attitude and the willingness to roll up sleeves and get your hands dirty within a small team environment
