Overview
Criteo is in search of organized self-motivated Senior Account Strategist to join our Large Customers Account Strategy team in Seoul office. You will be working directly with large-scale clients to optimize their Criteo campaigns, lead campaign management and cultivate a strong and productive relationship with clients. This position will be responsible for analyzing an assortment of metrics for all ads served, communicating issues/concerns internally to all parties involved and being the client’s Go-To person for any questions, so that our clients can achieve their marketing objectives via Criteo marketing solutions.What You'll Do
  • Understanding clients’ marketing objective and managing the day to day relationship with clients to make sure they stay satisfied with Criteo solution.
  • Leading clients business reviews and communicate optimizations made along with the planned road map.
  • Analyzing advertising campaign metrics and make sure client goals are reached (ROAS, Revenue, CPO, COS and etc).
  • Escalating internally issues and concerns raised by clients.
  • Partner closely with the sales, operation and partnership team to ensure that marketing objective of clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
Who You Are
  • Four year BA/BS university degree and at least 5 years proven experience in client or partner management within sales organization.
  • Industry experience preferred (digital advertising, e-commerce, advertising technology, mobile, digital contents etc.), open to past experience in fast moving tech industries within sales organizations
  • Expertise in mobile marketing, performance marketing, digital campaign measurement and digital media preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding client management and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Ability to provide thought leadership both internally and externally.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking capability, result oriented attitude
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
